Performance Journalism
In 2018 Revista Anfibia and Casa Sofía created the Laboratorio de periodismo performático (Performance journalism lab). This cross-over between journalism and art expands the ways to narrate reality with productions that inform and move audiences, all while impacting the social agenda. When first conceived, Revista Anfibia combined academic knowledge and journalism, creating an innovative outlook on contemporary reality; today, the Laboratorio de periodismo performático takes one step further, to explore the new narratives of the conjuncture.

Con toda la muerte al aire
Performance installation that reconstructs the crime of Alcira Methyger in 1955. The murderer, her partner, dismembers the victim and discards her body in three different points of Buenos Aires. The Plaza de Mayo bombing of the civil population and the coup d'état of the ''Revolución Libertadora'' are part of the social historical context. The performance invites the audience to submerge into the narrative and the ambiguities that surround all actions of violence.
The project was developed in the framework of the performance journalism laboratory, with the curatorship of Revista Anfibia and Casa Sofía.
